The Swingsations!
This Classic Jazz band specializes in the sounds of the 20's 30's and 40s. The Swingsations are a fun festive band with a truly authentic sound. The group is dedicated to preserving the classic jazz and swing music of the late 1920's to the early 1940's -- truly a golden era for this music. The band was founded by trumpeter Jim Ziegler, one of Southern California's best traditional jazz players. The Swingsations have been performing at clubs, concerts, and festivals since 1995. |  |
The Swingsations can perform in a variety of different sized ensembles. Starting with a Duo up to the classic 5-piece band. Additional musicians can be added for an even larger ensemble for special occasions. Whether it's Dixieland, "Trad.
